My computer is straight out of the box. It runs New Vegas and 3 smoothly on Medium to High settings with almost the maximum amount of plugins. I can run Skyrim smoothly on Medium with mods too. I'm under the impression that this means nothing for fallout 4 and I will definitely need to upgrade, but since they don't intend to release specs until closer to November, i need a general idea of what to shoot for before then.

The game is currently in optimizing phase, as said by Pete Hines on his twitter. Many people've asked him to release specs requirements as well. So yeah there is no telling of what. But I'm sure it won't be just "slightly" higher than Skyrim's just because it uses a modified Creation Engine, since they're making it only for PS4 and XB1 this time (console versions), there will be less limitations, which means probably a higher system req. If you can run Skyrim on high with 60fps and higher constantly with no fps drop anywhere, then I'm betting that you can run Fallout 4 for sure.

Or Fallout 4 will have a way for your character to be bad and have a special ending for a bad character?

Because most games are so linear and there is never another ending where you can do things bad or horrible on purpose like, I just want to see the world burn around me and be a massive asshole to everyone.

At least in New Vegas you had choices, go independent that is the Best, go Dr. House that is Neutral, go with the terrorists from the NCR that is Bad or go Caesar's Legion that is Good.

Hope F4 is open for all types of players.

I hope they improve on that front. I really wish that whatever style you play the game will respond. And not just be like "Hey whatever floats your boat, come back when you're ddone killing everybody. Actually it would be pretty cool if there was a quest line for when your character is mad with bloodlust and starts giving quests to himself like kill that guy or that guy. Sorry for the long post .
