Dynamic beard growth for maximum immersion. It'd be cool that as you progress through New Vegas, you would need to take care of your hygiene by cutting your hair/beard. Additionally, depending on the growth of your hair, a tied-in charisma buff/debuff would be cool, so I'm watching out for that.
