Why can't new users just download mods? Most of the mods are already just stolen assets from other games. Give me atleast one reason why I CANNOT download private mods? Why can't this site be an alternative to Nexus or something?

Hello everyone.

I've been lurking here for years but I figured I'd finally say hello and introduce myself. I really enjoy Fallout 4 mods and I've been looking forward to Starfield passionately. Those are pretty much my only interests. I make mods for myself on Fallout 4 occasionally and currently I'm building a bivouac for my blue skinned GI clones.
