I ABSOLUTELY hate that one kid from FO3 who gives you the "THOSE!" quest. Forgot his name...I hate how he just comes running out of nowhere, interrupts your adventure and complains for 5 minutes!
Now whenever I play FO3 I just shoot him. It doesn't kill him but it makes him run the other way.

Also I really hate the Lottery Winner from New Vegas. His mouth always makes me shoot him. I find it funny he won the Legion lottery just to get shot down by the courier.

I really hated the Enclave in FO3...in fnv they fine....so in nv i guess i hate the legion the most.
