Do mods count? I thought I hated almost every single F3 and F4 character, but oh boy, they seem like F1 characters compared to the ones found in frontier, like america. I cannot name a single well written character from that mod from what I have seen so far, everyone is either a donut steel, a rip off of some other character from another franchise or just flat out badly written or shallow and unimportant. The only guy who got more than a passing glance from me was that legion boss guy you get to kill when you are rescuing the courier, and only because of the stellar voice work from whoever did his lines. And also because he sets himself on fire, that got a chuckle out of me

I'd definitely have to go with Ulysses. He's a huge asshole, he steals ede, and he causes the every problem in every DLC, whether directly or indirectly.

Mine is Father Elijah and Parker Quinn; For Elijah, it's because he forces you to go through that living hell in the Sierra Madre, threating to blow your head up with the bomb collar he snapped onto your neck(Suicide Squad style) if you don't obey him, and worse, he willfully left sources of interference so your bomb collar can go off prematurely(That dreaded beeping noise always made my BP drop when I was near a radio/loudspeaker)! I was happy I killed him at the end of Dead Money, for all the hell he puts you through. As for Quinn, well... He's a scammer, a con artist, and we all hate those kinds of people.

Easily Piper, she's just way too "keen".

I have to agree about Maxson. He ruined everything the BOS stood for in Fallout 3 and when he rose to power in Fallout 4, he turned the faction into his own personal dictatorship, bent on pure human supremacy.

Ulysses. All he seems to do is act high and mighty, going on and on about the bear and the bull. He's not as cool as the game tries to paint him out as, and is easily one of the worst parts of Lonesome Road.
