Mine has to be Ahzrukhal from the ninth circle bar in the underworld from FO3 man he was such a dick. The ghouls are there because they have no where else to go yet he recruits the player to kill one of them off for hurting his business, not a nice guy.

Barton Thorn, I dislike anyone that attempts to take advantage or double cross me in the game; but he was the first so it sticks in my mind. There you are just trying to help him out and then he tries to kill you, wow what a jerk.

Sticky from Little Lamplight. I mean sure, he was a kid living in his own, safe and nice world for 16 years. But when you take him to big town and he thinks he can take Deathclaws on his own with nothing than his bare fists... Oh and dont forget his little stories

Overall out of F3 and FNV I'd have to say that Oliver Swanick was the asshole who bothered me the most, he gets shot on sight, guaranteed. WHO WON THE LOTTERY NOW?

Probably my most hated character is Moira from FO3, and Elijah from F:NV. Moira is just absolutely ignorant to the dangers out there, and Elijah is a horrid individual, only thinking about ways he can gain superior technology.

Mines would have to be Caesar from Fallout New Vegas. I dislike glorified warlords and slavers like him.

Moriarty in megaton because of the Irish accent, I don't hate the Irish, I just didn't think the accent fitted into the game lore, Melissa lewis bugged me too, her father had a heavy american accent yet she sounds like an Australian or a new zealander

Probably my choices will have to be that guy at Gamora who takes your weapons when you enter the club and Cesar. Cesar especially. You know how there is a debate for Skyrim on which side you choose to be on (Stormcloaks or Imperials)? Well for Skyrim I can see both the positives and negatives of both sides. However with New Vegas there's only one choice for me, NCR. I hate Cesar, some old man who barks orders and treats women like nothing AND puts them into slavery. I don't care much for his ideals. As for the other guy....eh, no real reason. He just rubs me the wrong way.

That honorable title would have to go to Elizabeth Kieran in the new vegas G.I. Blues quest.
