The fiends from NV, they literally have no other purpose but to kill and torment. Get all drugged up and probably eat some people.

I will say that I really really hates Daniels from HH. He is so whine. You help the sorrows leave he isnt happy. If you help sorrows stay even he is even worst. If a no win ether way.

Fallout 3's Roy Philips.

That scumbag. After I gave him access to Tenpenny Tower and convinced the people there that ghouls are alright, this is how he treats them afterwards. Disagreeing with something and then kills the people one by one. That fucking scum.

I actually like Benny...... while i blow his brains out ... Rheese o Fallout 4 gets into my nerve though so i always destroy BOS. But the on that takes the cake in the face would be the Overseer from fallout 1, that guy is the ultimate jerk in fallout history for me. Makes me run errands for him and retrieve a water chip just to make me go to a journey again and after that, he would say to my face i have no place for the vault. It's actually quite hilarious since he is being automatically killed by my character and i don't know why since in my first playthrough, he was unscathed by me.

For more recent characters though, I'd say Elder Maxson. Very arrogant and ceases to listen to reason.

I'd say that stupid Powder Ganger Oliver Swanick or whatever. Every time he runs out of Nipton yelling about that stupid lottery, I end up shooting him in the head.

There are a lot of characters in Fallout that have got on my nerves such as Colin Moriarty, Tenpenny, Colonel Autumn, and Betty(Stanislaus Braun). However, Roy Phillips by far takes the cake as my most hated character. When I first met Roy, I felt a lot of sympathy for him and his group and went out of my way to convince the people of Tenpenny Tower that they were all right and that it was possible to live alongside each other. I had a lot of trust for Roy after I succeeded in getting his people in the tower.

When I found out that all the residents of Tenpenny Tower were massacred, I felt completely betrayed, duped, and was filled with rage. Roy Phillips and Tenpenny were just two sides of the same coin, they were more similar than either of them would ever have thought. Not much else left to say other than that Roy Phillips is a disgusting being and did not have the most flattering ending but a brutal and ugly one.

werhner: the guy is a complete maniac and a manipulator and doesn't really care for the lives of
the slaves who resides in the pitt. i mean he want's you to release the trogs into the
entire populace.

Midea: what can i say about her that she's a Grade A Idiot and doesn't seem to know that werhner
is just using her for his own selfish purpose.

Dr.Lesko: he might be a genius but he is as stupid as he sounds. not only did he cause the
destruction of greyditch, he also doesn't care about the people who died there due
to his experiments.

Fonv:

Bryce anders: this guy is rude and thinks he can take on all of the fiends and even if you help him
his still douche to you.

Alice mc'laferty: talk about greedy old hag, not only did she killed all of her competitor's including
Cass's caravan now she wants you to steal from the gun runners.

Jeanie may crawford: another Greedy old hag, sold boone's wife to the legion for a couple of caps
and got her cap blown off.

Hardin: i hate this guy for one reason he is a war monger and thinks that becoming elder would
be best for the brotherhood.

Elijah: Self absorbed Mad genius.

and for my number 1

Malcolm Holmes: this guy would probably follow you to the common wealth if he had a chance,
just so tell you his stupid bottlecaps.

For me, I really hated Joanne Lynette, the first citizen of vault city, her tone and how she acts really gets on my nerves
