Would you believe me if I said I hated Father in Fallout 4. I was skeptical at first after reading several theories on what the Institute had done under his leadership and also hearing Kellog's own words of the mysterious 'old man'. It didn't take long for me to place 2 on 2 that Father was the one behind the orders of killing everyone in the Vault - even Kellog questioned the orders but obeyed.

Joanne Lynette from Fallout 2. Ugh. She was so rude and snobbish (I guess that is the point with Vault City, though). I remember a line of dialogue you could do down telling her about de-caffeinated coffee that would eventually lead to her going hostile. I never liked the more jingoistic NCR characters like Moore either, never seemed appreciative of the Courier.

@"gentledamnspy" Oh god not the kids, their voice actors did well making them iconic and annoying as hell haha! Probably my choice as well tbh. A lot of people in FO3 are annoying actually.

Ann Codman-Wanted to shoot her the second she called me poor and stupid. I probably have in an older save haha.

@fitlink00111 I hate "Princess" a lot more than Amata. Mostly because I can't shoot her.

The whole "You have to leave the vault and never come back" from the trouble on the homefront quest just had me go "Yeah that was my plan the first time."

Must say I absolutely hated the antagonist in Lonesome Road simply because he was more annoying to me than anyone else in any of the Fallout games, but someone that could rank up there with him would be Private Danse, finding out the person he truly is... Heart breaking really..

Roy Phillips. Seriously, f**k that guy.

I didn't want to kill Roy and his friends and I certainly didn't want to kill everyone in Tenpenny Tower, so I convinced Tenpenny to let them in. I felt good about myself and thought everyone was going to live happily ever after.

A few days later, all of the human residents are slaughtered, including Herbert Dashwood, the one guy that was pro-ghoul. And the worst part about it is that even if you kill Roy Phillips after he commits the atrocity, you still gain negative karma.

What a prick.

I guess characters would be hard for me to answer in this question, I'd say factions mostly annoy me like Talon Company, Legion, etc. Although there are some characters in factions I like that I do hate. That one guy who belittles your father in Fallout 3, hate that guy. I think he was the guy who repaired stuff in Doctor Li's team. Basically anyone who insults you for no reason really

Well besides the legion itself...well i would go with Mr burke from fallout 3...

But my most hated character ever from "playing" fallout was Marko from the New Vegas Bouties Series, i know he is not canon but i just hate him SO much, so yeah that's it
