Off the top of my head, Dean Domino is probably one of the biggest shitheads in New Vegas. Just the idea that he set out to screw someone over just because they were happier than him. And he gets all bitchy if you don't kiss his ass at every opportunity. So yeah, fuck him.

Any of the casino greeters for me. It's not the fact they strip my weapons, it's the fact that I have to re-set the hotkeys when I get them back.

Would have to be Albino Radscorpions.. too much sponge effect, ended up getting that perk which gives 50% extra dmg to them just to speed the process up

See but Autumn is a "necessary" evil while Eden is just outright bias. The DC Enclave under Autumn want to be the light shining in the darkness in the wasteland, where hijacking Purity was simply a step in their scheme to aid the wasteland. They want to do good but will do evil to get to that point... While Eden wants to kill off all mutants (which at that point, is everyone in the wasteland). So if you think about it, Autumn really isn't an evil character in the long run, he will just do evil things to help the wasteland.

Even Autumn was against Eden's plan of sterilizing the wasteland, so he can't be all bad

Obviously, I hate the Legion and the Raiders, but on a more original level, I hate Ricky from the beginning of Honest Hearts. I never snitch on him, but it's definitely not because I like the guy.

Bloatflies and Radroaches. See, it's not that they are insects, or that they are disgusting, but rather the fact that I realized not too long ago that I cannot look at another twitching roach or fly without getting the willies. So, I guess I hate those 'characters' because I now cannot clean up my floor without emptying half a can of bug spray so the little buggers will actually stop fidgeting.

I have a dislike for Fantastic, and frequently come close to introducing his face with my fist. Luckily for him, he's also hilarious.

There's nothing redeeming about the Freeside thugs who come after my power armored, matter modulator wielding enclave soldier however. It's my duty as a citizen of the United States to make sure they don't reproduce and cause further deterioration of our gene pool.

It's the same for me, he's annoyingly obnoxious that I end up not going to Nipton until much later so I can blow his head off with a Sniper Rifle.
