I agree completely with CelticWarlord. That is what I do, I shoot him in the face and take the stuff at the top of the cliff. I go up in there like-

I hate the centurion that was captured by the NCR. For all his arrogance and talking down to those not part of the Legion (as well as his feeling that he's too valuable to them to die), he is one of the bigger cowards I've seen in New Vegas. I'm okay with the differing ideals among the factions as long as they actually stick to their ideals, but he's just a scumbag.

No matter how supportive of the NCR I may be feeling I always want to kick General Wait and See in the fork. There's so much pettiness involved that I hear about him. Until the battle at the Dam, it isn't a war for him so much as a game and another ladder rung.

The Mick and Ralph's crier kid. I know this is kind of comical but still.
Everything from ordering countless airstrikes and execution squads on him, bashing his head in with a neon sign to running him over with a car, I've probably done it.

It's just that doing quests for The King where you have to continuously go through the gate, my frustration is amplified by the goddamn repetitive and obnoxious line.

I cannot really say.I love everyone in Fallout.From old people to rat moles.And i never really got to hate anyone but if i must say someone is Butch.Tunnel Snake that and this oh FUCK YOU!When i see him in Vault 101 again the second quest of the vault after you espace it and recieve a signal from that girl that likes you i dont really remember her name but i will call her Jenny where at first you kill her father the Overseer.Well to Butch now.After i met him again i was like 'GO FUCK YOUR OWN FACE!'and yeah i hate him but i aways save his mom because im a good man but when i dont save her i kill him instead.

The kings gang member who gives you stuff once your rep in freeside is high enough. or the Legion assassins, ok they are a good way to farm some gear like C4 once you are a high enough level but for the most part they are just an annoyance who attack you in the same couple of places on the map.

That got to be the best time for me when they pop up with my army of companions i'm like "ooh free loot"

@raze4573 Chris Haversam, Jason Bright and the Bright Followers are all kill on sight, for me, mainly because I find their quest causes death inducing boredom.

For me it would be Deputy Beagle.
First you rescue him, then you get the town a new sheriff, and he isn't the slightest bit grateful...

I just realized how many npcs that you people list I do infact hate.
Damn the writers really trolled us by annoying us ingame.
Beagle, Bright quest, Ultra-Luxe staff, all Powder Gangers, van Graffs, Vulpes Inculta (his condensing voice grrrr). No wonder the game has one of the goriest screenshots...its a hate machine xP
