This isn't a huge deal, and I have learned to look past it, especially considering Fallout 4 is right around the corner. I thought I'd ask though, just in case the solution is an easy one that I just may be overlooking. Simply, put my game is stuck at 56fps. It's subtle, but because of that frame rate, I experience a slight stutter when I walk/ move around. I've tried turning off v-sync, but to no avail. I have an enb installed and realize that could be it, but I've tried disabling it and turning off certain settings, but still no change. Anyone have other suggestions? If not, no biggie. I appreciate you looking at the post anyway.

I have been looking around myself and i didn't found anything. I just used NVSR and capped my frames at 30 so i wouldn't have huge FPS drops. It might be the best idea to cap it so it stays stable

There is a D3D9 antilag mod. You can use it to set your max FPS. Maybe you have it, but forgot about it ?

Its not needed anymore since NVSR has it too.

If not could you please link it. It bothers me i have to sit at 30 fps with a ENB while others can run higher

I have the NVSR, but I'm not looking to cap my game at 30, or bring it lower than 56. I just want it  to stick at a solid 60 as opposed to a solid 56. My system is capable so I don't see what the problem could be. I have the nvsr, and I can you can set the max and min fps you want in the ini file, but that only seems to be useful if you want to bring the fps down lower say from 60 to 30, or 80 to 60. Either way, it doesn't seem to help when I set the max. The game even start at 60, then just lowers to 56 after a second.
