What happened to the rest of the world in fallout?

The Great War was basically like this:

China and other Asian countries is just a crater due to the amount of bombs launched by the USA.
Russia probably wasn't hit with as much bombs though is plagued by a nuclear winter.
Europe was already screwed by the Resource wars and with the nukes dropped it might be a hellhole as why would Tenpenny move to the Capital Wasteland from UK.
Africa is still a desert hellhole with the added effect of radiation.
Australia is still the same.
