| After 30mins or so, my game starts popping giant red "!" and the textures go all crazy. Its easy to fix it just exit the game and get back in. But it kinda gets old after awhile doing the same thing. It started to happen a few days ago.

| Is this for FNV or FO4?
If FNV check and see how many plugins you have. It may also be a good idea to verify the game cache through Steam.

Hmmph, I recommend merging a few plugins. That should most likely help with the issue.

| I had a similar problem with teskturami in your game, as I posted above the others is due to too many plugins and some need to deactivate it, for me it is always the most difficult in such a situation, select the mod, which is the least needed in the game.
