- verfi the game files with steam
- try to use loot or xedit
- disable all mods, than re-enable the mods step by step... when you want, start a new game (no mods) and check it
- try to re-enable archiv invald

there´s some mods i don´t know about it...

So it's not completely missing then right? When you go on the strip is it gone? Just looking at the picture I want to say it's a LOD issue.

@BrightEmberz What steps have you taken for troubleshooting? Have you turned most of your mods off and then loaded up the save again? You can also turn them off in chunks to try and isolate a mod that might be causing the issue.
