niner tends not to know where he is,, every place i take him takes me hours of running around the area trying get his quest to trigger, and half the time it dont.

then i got the matter that he will not wait,, he says he will then soon as i zone out he right with me he is the only follower i got that does this..

i got lots of followers too

I had this problem. Load Niner last in your load order, it fixed it for me.

Sticky from Fallout 3. He was so annoying and I was tempted plenty of times to put a bullet through his face when I escorted him to Big Town.

Another vote for Sticky. Every time I play, I either equip him with a knife and lead him to Vault 87 or use The Human Catapult mod and launch him in the direction to Vault 87 to let the Super Mutants have their way with him.

I just hate everyone from Caeser's Legion and I mean EVERYONE! I was meh about them at first, but as soon as I entered their camp and saw all those slaves....jeez! Even if I play as an "evil" character I never side with Caeser, slavery just leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Mine would definitely have to be Chris Haversam, something about his attitude just makes me kill him and all the other ghouls every goddamn playthrough.

My most hated character was Pacer, because he refuses to change and acts all high and mighty. He's a buzzkill basically to me.

I hate Mr. Fantastic, he's an idiot. He acts like he knows what he's doing but nope. I wish you can kill him then get the quest but noooooooo.

Plus that dude only works to support his chem activities.

I'm ok with Benny from New Vegas until he opens his mouth. Sometime in between when he says "Like smooth little babies" and I physically cringe myself into a fetal position from such a stupid expression I let him escape to Caesar so I can crucify him, just for saying that kind of nonsense.

Haha, me too. So I shove a bomb in her ass after clearing the raider camp, and the Vault City sergeant, Bishop, Jules, the guy who force children to steal and so on. There really are a lot of assholes to shoot in fallout 2. cowboy
