| Liberty Prime, no contest. Frank Horrigan can be defeated by a single tribal, some turrets, and possibly a rogue Enclave squad. Liberty Prime could only be defeated by an orbital bombardment missile strike and is the embodiment of the American spirit.

| Horrigan. Say what you want about him, but the point still stands that he can adapt and go against routine. Unlike Liberty prime whose programmed to follow every order. Horrigan also has speed (granted not much speed but still faster than liberty) on his side. Realistically, All horrigan needs to do is blast a large enough pulse at Prime to stun him than move in for the kill. |

| Going to have to go with liberty prime here, before Horrigan would be able to do anything there will be several nukes crushing his body and blowing his parts away |

| Horrigan is definitely a very experienced and ruthless soldier and physically much more dangerous than your average person or even super mutant.

| I've thought of this once or twice myself, but it's just kinda obvious to me. I mean, c'mon. Liberty Prime is the greatest pre-war tank/robot ever created. Frank Horrigan is an absolute beast, a very unique super mutant in power armor, armed with plasma weaponry... But the size and durability differences are just too great. It took a missile strike from the orbit to put Prime down. |

| Even matching all the Antagonists against Liberty Prime from all the FALLOUT games. In raw combat strength, no one can win, and I mean no one can win against a giant Robot that could do boxing matches with Alduin on his off days and shoot lasers, throws mini-nukes like footballs at his enemies, their is no competition, Liberty Prime would win without even echoing "Die, you Chinese communist!"
