id enjoy a well done frank horrigan sadly the only ones iv seen are just resized guys in X-01 i have been thinking on doing one for the longest time but i dont know if my idea would stack up or if i could get the ok from the folks behind the mods id need to help me make Frank {as i see him} a reality those mods being the X-02 power armor mod by dogtooth and the super mutant redux by madmax id be lazy and say "ahhhh ill just make it so Strong can wear the X-02} no id like to put a little more effort into it by adding a tri-barrel minigun to his wrist resizing him just a bit and a few other bit's but this is mostly just me talking on a pipe dream please join in if you miss Frank and talk on how you would make him im looking forward to your posts.

Yeah Frank Horrigan is epic no doubt. Idk if you'd consider this one since its x01 but another mod you might want to ask permission for is Tumbajamba's Power Armor for Strong If you can't get permission for it you might still want it for personal use, it's the closest I've seen for F4.

@Heracles thanks for posting man! Yeah iv used Tumbajamba's Power Armor for Strong in the past and i enjoyed it but it never felt like Frank to me not necerrally meaning it is a bad mod i love it but i think ov frank like how my profile pic is menacing or like this

Modiphius has made a new and improved model of frank for their board game Wasteland Warfare that might be just the perfect design for him in fo4, not too deviated from the X01 but still shows franks unique characteristics
