Subject: Crashing every five minutes or so. Tue Jun 10, 2014 7:34 pm
i have installed Dragbody's Halo 4 Master Chief armor a day or 2 ago and since then it's been causing my NV every 5 minutes or so, though i'm unsure if that's the main issue, i also have installed a Remington 700 mod by MTindle and had that crash my game too often. Also have MrRadioactiv's weapon pack and i am suspicious that it's causing crashes. If it is the Halo 4 armor mod, is there a way to fix the issue? Load order issue perhaps?

You need to show the list of mods you are using before we can help you. If it started recently, something may be conflicting with drags armor pack (but I doubt it).

does the halo 4 armor pack add the abandoned ranger station?

Yes it should. But still there are no scripts or anything involved. So I doubt it's dragbody's armor pack that is causing it. Please list your load order.

A new theory i've come up with is; Dragbody's armor pack has a base file that adds the ranger station and the halo armor also adds the R. Station, so i uninstalled D.B's armor pace base file and the R. station is still there, so that might be the issue

Here is what i did to fix my crashes open up your fallout.ini,then find the line "bUseThreadedAI=0" Change that to "bUseThreadedAI=1" after that add a line under that saying "iNumHWThreads=2" Then save... your done that fixed all the crashing for me even boosted my game fps a bit too
I also recommend you download NVAC... it fixed helps fix crashing Cheers-XRhino:D

Thank you XRhino this improved my fps from 12-28fps and it fixed the crashes i got on start up thank you very much for the fix
