I'd go with the Strip or Novac. If I didn't have the caps, the Novac Motel is a central location. Even better, if I could place the underground hideout at Novac, that would include almost all the amenities.

I'd probably go to Novac,but I hear they sell people's wives to the Legion there.

I would join the Great Kahns and help them rebuild their strength. I would make the one of the premier raider groups again. Plus I have a while tribe backing me, it's a defensible area, and we could just raid for food and water
