| Hey this problem has started to become more prominent in my game and it's gotten to the point where I don't feel like I can ignore it anymore. I can't assign any settlers to do anything anymore. Everytime I order them to farm some plants, stand at a guard post, or man an artillery cannon, they either walk or run to it and stand in their guard post or grab the cannon wheel thing and then back off and walk away, the defense and food rating never goes up. Adding to that I can't seem to assign them to supply lines either and robots from Automatron don't raise the settler count and I can't order them to do anything either. I do have settlers that still work on farms and shops, but I can't even unassign them or reassign them to something else, they don't even move, they just keep working whatever they were doing. And on top of that it seems like settlers aren't even coming to any of my settlements anymore even though the radio beacons are up and powered. I've tried waiting ingame, sleeping, fast traveling away and back, killing the settlers won't work cause no settlers will come to replace them, nothing works so far. I can keep ignoring it for now but I love settlements and building them makes up half my playtime on Fallout and I can't even finish the Old Guns Quest because no settler will get on the artillery post. Please help, thanks. If there's any other way to get the load order that's less cluttery besides just exporting it from the NMM then please, tell. Mod List - Spoiler:

| So I had a similar problem aswell when I was still playing Fallout 4.
I assumed it had something to do with ram and having too many mods installed. Thats 193 esp's I'm looking at so I'm gonna assume it has to do with that.
I was trying to look at a specific mod to fix the problem you mentioned but couldn't find anything.
Of course you are saying they can't be moved at all. In my case it just took minutes for them to react. Maybe its because of a heavy load order, maybe its specs and maybe its something else.
I also only know a few mods of your load order and seeing its a lot of settlement based mods it could be one in there. | Apparently this is a vanilla bug that just takes a long time to happen. However from sources around on the internet say the unofficial patch makes this bug happen sooner. A bummer, I know. I figured it out while having the same problem.
