It seems a lot of people have had the issue where their settlers ignore orders to move to another settlement. All settlers, in every settlement.
In my case, like usual, it's probably a mod. But my mod list has been stable for a very long time now,unchanging, and the settlers ignoring move orders is pretty recent. So who knows, maybe it's something else.
So I'm going to ask something specific: Has anyone ever gotten this bug before, and what did you do to fix it? It looks like a lot of threads about this subject just... end.
I'd like to hear success stories if there were any.
