I'm making a player home and, for some reason, I keep getting this weird texture bug as seen below.

Show:

It only appears when seen from a certain angle. If I move closer it disappears.

It even shows up in the GECK. Oddly, if I Brighten Lights ([A] in the GECK) it goes away. Maybe it is some sort of lighting bug?

Any help would be appreciated. I've been working on my house mod for a while and I want to finish it but this is an irritating roadblock.

Try extracting its texture, then create its texture in the geck, name the texture ID like 00ceiling, so you can easily find it then apply its texture to the messed up ceiling.

did you modify the mesh in anyway? looks like stretched uv's to me.

No modification was done at all. This is a standard New Vegas mesh: "OffHallSmEndExSmL01b". What's more is that isn't the only one of it's kind in my house. The other one doesn't look messed up at all.

@SUPERDEMONOY15, I'm not really sure what you are suggesting I do. Can you be more explicit?
