You may have the appearance of a sniper. But my favorite and wear the suit of the hitman and use pistols with silencer

i play a N.C.R outcast build that decided to do bounty hunting.
Mods:
New Vegas Bounties 1-3
r.S.A weapon pack
Dragbody's mega-pack
Dragbody's N.C.R overhaul
Character Traits:
-Focus on Assault rifles and snipers
- 7 perception 8 agility everything else is 5
-sniper and silent running perks are important.
