| Near as I can tell its (possibly) the "Female cyborg prototype body textures revamped" mod up on the nexus. (Mod ID 9503). Requires the CBBE Body to use. Unfortunately its a bit hard to tell from the screenshot..

i believe thats the mod you are looking for it covers the female body in those "lines" similar to the daughters of ares mod,
