| There's something that has bothered me for quite a long time. I am not sure if someone has made this post but, do memes exist in the fallout universe? I mean, people need stuff to humor themselves and relate to. Like maybe there is a newspaper network somewhere that publish memes like
When your boyfriend has a power armor

That's not really a meme, but.
Or like
When you're chillin' at your camp and some peasant comes up asks for food, but you all about the raider life so you have to kill him
I mean, I would eventually come up with a meme or two.

| The closest thing I think the Fallout universe to memes was from Fallout 4 Spoiler for Brewery Mission - Spoiler:
The Brewery mission, where you can find the Brewbot and he can tell you jokes.

| I'm guessing that the whole "Nuclear Winter" thing the NCR guys in New Vegas have going on is some kind of inside joke for them. |

| Some stuff turns into meme's (Mostly nuclear winter, vault boy etc etc) but not alot of things are meme's in game....sometimes you see weird stuff tough like a female skeleton spanking a male skeleton with a cutting board in a outhouse (I found this once) But this can also be considered a meme. - I edited it for a friend.:

| Weird question..... but to answer it to my best i would say:
NO in fallout things seemed to have advanced in a different matter than in the real world and the culture seems to have been slowed down due to the nukes killing lots of people and making communication wordl wide currently impossible.
What means that all our culture and social media ( which created memes) have not been created.
