Hello, GUNetwork, I was just curious on how to make Fallout 4 mods but every time I think i'm getting close to doing it I hit a dead-end.

Now I do know that it requires the Skyrim CK TE5Edit and or FO4 Snip, I just don't know how to do it properly I tried doing it from here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/277/? but this only confused me.
If someone could please give me step by step instructions or even point me somewhere where I can learn please do.

Best to use FO4Edit instead of CK TE5Edit or FO4 Snip as there have been reports of corruption when using either of those utilities. Instructions are linked on the description page.

As Ace said, FO4 Edit is the go to now for most modding on the game until the GECK is out.
