So here's a question. Does anyone think there will be dialogue for characters with low intelligence in Fallout 4? I personally hope so.

A voiced character could limit they're possibility to do it. Imagine you pick one dialogue option and your character sounds educated and well taught, and then you choose another and suddenly they say something along the lines of "what yellow screen do?". That'd take me outta the game really quick the sudden shift from smart to brain dead dumb all in one conversation. so unless they have a unique piece of low intelligence dialogue for EVERY option then I don't think it would work well.

well I really think probably not because of the voiced character and the options that it gives you to speak none of them look as if they would count and if you did how would you tell what you would say because it gives little to what your character will say it's but saying that if they do have it you would pick an option but people wouldn't really have a clue of what you are saying. So yeah probably don't count on it the voiced character thing does take a bit away from dialogue in my opinion but we haven't really seen too much there is probably more too it so yeah!

Hard to say. Depends on how thorough Bethesda was with the game. Also budget and time. Rereading lines less intelligently. They could have decided to do less dialogue options for less intelligent characters. Which would make sense as they wouldn't be able to articulate as much.
