Ok, so out of the blue today FOMM started giving me the error "The file exists" whenever I attempt to install a mod. It first happened when I was attempting to install part 2 of NMC's medium pack, it would prepare the mod then fail instantly on the install phase. Now it happens to all of my mods, I can't install anything for Vegas, Fallout 3 or Skyrim anymore.

I then tried NMM, and it gave me the same message.

I googled it first of course, and could only find people telling me to clear the temp files under "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp".
I tried that and it did nothing.

I'm stumped, any help would be appreciated.

I'm on windows 10 btw if it maters.
