Haven't been able to play New Vegas for a while due to my PC dying, but now that I've gotten it repaired I re-installed it with tru3th's Wanderer ENB. However, I've noticed that when I turn my head too far or look down I can see the shadows move from the edge of the screen. I've attached screenshots below.

That's how dynamic shadows works for everyone. It's far from perfect. Nothing something that can be 'fixed' unless Boris gives the FNV ENB the same attention as he did the Skyrim one.
