My ENB wont load on fallout after doing all of the steps correctly

Ok first make sure that the files i gave you are in the game folder, then run the ENBInjector.exe.
Play the game and tell me what happens, do you get a message in the top left corner oi the screen?

Ok then this is a bit weird, if all the files are in place and you are running the injector it should be working.
You are using the steam version of new Vegas right? just checking
Let me think about it for a moment and I'll come back with more suggestions.

Alright just some basic questions so i can make sure its not something simple,
Have you disabled anti aliasing and water displacement and enabled HDR in the launcher?
Are you Running any overlay software such as msi afterburner or fraps?
Have you updated your divers and directX?
What graphics card do you have?
What anti virus are you using?
Hope you don't mind the questions, they are necessary I'm afraid. haha

No Im not using any overlaying software
I have not updated my Driver or directx (dont know how to either)
Graphics Card - Intel Core 13
Anti virus- Norton

I am unfamiliar with windows 8 but open what ever you use to search for programs and type in dxdiag and run it.
It will list your system specs, post them here so i can see.

Oh damn, then i am afraid its bad news, that's an integrated graphics card, it wont work with enb, to be honest i am surprised it can run new Vegas at all let alone ENB.
You see an integrated card like that isn't meant for gaming, you need a dedicated card for that from nvidia or amd.
I am very sorry but there isn't anything i can do.
