Hello there !
It really is rare that I'm desperate enough to create a topic, but here I am...

I have trouble running FNV on my new computer... I let my local professional computer nerd upgrade my computer for a fee and now, while I can run Skyrim almost flawlessly, my FNV has become unstable AF.
Note that I use the EXACT SAME load order I used on my old PC, which ran at about 30-40 FPS but didn't crash as often. Therefore, I am 95% sure this is NOT a load order issue...
I also installed the basic ENB that I customized.

My symptoms are :
-Random crashes quite often with sometimes FPS drop soon before.
-Random assets don't render properly ( Pink textures, missing mesh marker, no sound, no animation ) even though they are properly installed ( Quitting the game and re-launching confirms the assets are there ).

In fact, my symptoms are a lot like those you have when you play Fallout 3 on a newer PC. You know, the bugs that would be fixed if you'd type " bUseThreadedAI=1 " in your INI ( which never actually worked for me, BTW XD ).

My specs are :

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU   920  @ 2.67Ghz
12.0 Go RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 ( 4039mb )

Apparently, this would be my graphics card that can't run FNV properly, somehow, and causes random problems during gameplay....

Anyone knows a workaround ? ( INI tweak, ENB tweak, mods, tool, compatibility mode... ).

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this XD ! Hopefully, I'll go back to playing and modding this game soon ^^ !

@FafnirEtherion if I'm right, pink textures are saturated RAM problem, ask to your local nerd to make sure your RAM works correctly...or that everything is correctly configured in the BIOS and same thing about your GPU. And why not, to bench your rig using special software to test it with FNV...

• Delete ALL your inis and use the vanilla launcher to autodetect your hardware and let it use best settings, Then test without any mods or...textures packs, your game must be in pristine condition and the more vanilla as possible.
• Use the troubleshooting FNV link in my sig to install things that may help to stabilize your game.

If in these conditions the game doesn't work, your hardware has a problem : pilot, BIOS or the hardware itself. Good luck
