Hey @Magoo97 , first things first, I've moved your topic from the Off topic section to the Fallout Troubleshooting section, please be more careful the next time a topic, and make sure you create it in the right section, just a friendly heads up so no negative rep given.
Now that is out of the way, which of Hitman's enb are you talking about? Cause he has released several different ENBs. Honestly, you'd be better off by installing the ENB manually. Usually you just have to drop the files in the game's main folder and that's it. Though, if I remember correctly, I think Hitman's ENBs come with a weather mod aswell, the weather mod (the ESP file) should go in the data folder and you need to activate it with your mod manager. Hope this helps, if not, well there's a lot of tutos on the internet on how to instal an ENB.
