First of all I will mention the pc specs where the mod has been tested and resolution 1080p
*Without texture mods* only frontier and dutch -Primary test Pc - w10/rtx 3070 8gb vram evga /i7800k 4.7ghz boost/64gb ram Ddr4 3200mhz/ and fallout its installed in m2 -sata The result is 1080/60 fps with custom settings
-Secundary test w10/gtx titan black 6 gb vram (its similar to gtx 960/4gb of maxwell) /i7800k 3.7 stock/32 gb ram Ddr4 3200mhz/ and fallout its installed in m2 -sata The result is 1080/60 fps (sometimes some drop to 53-54) with custom settings
*With texture mods and others mods...*
Final test with nmc large (pack 1 to 3)and geoge landsscape and enb with both setup nexus mod info

enb used https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64831 *I have tested my old keppler graphics card to see if it corrected the performance* In primary setup the result was 1080/60 fps and in 4k the same fps In secundary setup the result was 1080/60 fps with some drops to 54 in gamplaey Well as u see works fine and I will tell you what you have to do to get 60 fps, important the result is practicaly the same with some texture mods...BECAUSE IF HAVE FPS PROBLEMS AND DELETE NCM(FOR EXMPLE) WONT FIX IT.
Step 1 u need to install Dxvk and nvhp https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/69779 Step 2 in launcher(sorry in spanish xd) u must select medium settings or with high end grapichs card like 3070 (its similar to 2080 ti)u can try in high but maybe in some gameplay fps will drop to 50-55 Just select medium for a better experience disable vsing in launcher

Step 3 if u have a nvidia card go to control panel , select new vegas and make this changes:

update if u put texture quality on high u will lose 2-5 fps... With image sharpness 0.5 and settings to high looks beter (2-5 fps lose..) like this 57 -60 fps in 4k
And ducth it..well works fine for me know

I thought that perhaps I'd have to play around with the settings myself and play a decent amount to see the difference, but that's not the case. The performance increase was immediately noticeable upon loading — and it was a very significant one, I might add.
