- Negotiate a peaceful solution in boulder city, then betray the arrangement.
- Wipe out the Khans.
- Wipe out the Fiends, and collect the bounty on their heads.
- Wipe out the Powder Gangers.
- Kill Lanius
- Kill the Think Thank (but spare Mobius).
- Kill Ulysses.
- Rescue ED-E in the Divide.
- Nuke ISIS the Legion.
- Side with Mr. House.

How about you?

I go about a similar way when playing New Vegas except that before I first go to the strip or anywhere I start the Lonesome road DLC and nuke both the NCR and Legion to get my hands on new gear and just for fun, and then go save the Khans, go to strip chase Benny to the fort and crucify him. As for Ulysses, I keep him alive because he makes a good companion (use of mods).

@sandtwister200 Ulysses stays around as a companion even though you nuke his family?

I try to change things up each time but I always help Legion and NCR when I can, and then I promptly betray them both at the end of Lonesome Road.
