Fallout 4...it looks nice...it plays well...I've got a really cool settlement...I'm trying to be positive

Why am I bored? I can't just play New Vegas for the umpteenth time. What are some mods that really help make the game feel more like an RPG? Any good quest mods I'm just not seeing? There's a great game in there somewhere. Even the DLCs left me feeling like I more or less got the same thing.

There's a lot of mods for Fallout 4, but I can only download so many armors and random clutter packs for my settlement before I just go play Oblivion or New Vegas again.
