Let's take as a premise (just for fun, I doubt it's completely accurate) that Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas leather armor are identical in power, and, say, an old nordic sword and a chinese sword are likewise the same. From that, we should be able to make a ratio of sorts, and convert Fallout's statistics to Skyrim.
I'm tempted to try it myself. How strong would deathclaws be compared to werewolves or whatever? Daedric arrows compared to bullets? Would deathclaws find themselves no longer masters of their domain in Skyrim?
