so im just gonna give you the picture because i dont know how to describe the bug


if you watch closely you could see that some stuf are transparent

you need to turn off anti-aliasing and anisotropoc filtering in the new vegas settings. Open the new vegas launcher and go to options and disable both settings.
The ENB is taking care of those effects now, so if you dont turn them off in the game settings you get weird effects like your screenshot
