Hi I am new to gun network. Gun network are awesome  . How can I get the special access? And what can the special access do?

Welcome. You get special access if you reach rank of colonial(Like me). You will get there eventually, you don't need to do anything but be a regular poster, but you might get access to public mods way before that, so don't worry
