Ive been playing fallout nv for a long time with mods but I never been able to get the rest of the weapons in this weapon pack https://www.gunetwork.org/t4018-fnvpublic-release-r-s-a-tactical-weapon-mod because I can't become a hero. Can someone tell me an easier way to become a hero or another way to get them??

I'm pretty sure "hero" in this context just means you. Not something you obtain. Something you are by default as it's you, the player. According to the page, you buy them from the merchants in Novac or the Crimson Caravan. Or you can craft them by getting the schematics in the Crimson Caravan.

Though, if you see weapons on the list that aren't in your game, then it's probably because you're using the public version and not the member version. To get that version, you need to be more active in the community until they grant you access.

Cos you've only posted twice since you joined. I don't know whether that means starting topics or typing stuff anywhere, but I'm assuming its the latter.

You're not active enough, which wouldn't get you promoted. After I was demoted I hung around the off-topic section and typed stuff occasionally, like maybe... twice a month, on average? I got promoted again.

Bottom line: Be more active.

The answer to your question is very simple : recorded since 2015, probably downloaded many mods and ...no reputation point or thanking posts to the modders...no friends, nothing to participate and the only post you've done is this one with a very nice title "Plz answer my question!!", which shows you do not want to participate to the community and then you ask why you are not colonial ?
