I love the diversity of the vaults throughout the various wastes in the Fallout games. From a vault overtaken by raiders, a vault overgrown with a vegetation experiment gone wrong, or the troubled home you are raised in as the lone wanderer.

So which vault was your favorite? Mine has to be Vault 112. Even though technically what I liked about it was the simulation; tranquility lane.

I'd say mine would be Vault 77 (couldn't hyperlink it because i'm too new) where it was just one man and a box of puppets. After leaving the vault he then befriended a Giant Ant named Mr. Pinch which he used as his mount, it's actually a pretty interesting story.

When you think about it, we were really one numeral away from something great being announced.

Vault 22 - Yeah that place scare the shit out of me the first time i played NV, was a miracle that i could complete the quest with such low level

Vault 34 - I like the horror vibe and the difficulty

Vault 108 - who doesn't love to slaughter some screeching clones? funny times

Vault 15 - You gotta have such a luck to get all your gang being blown up by a dude in your own lair and then decades later by his grandson.

Well, I always liked how V8 and V81 managed to actually turn out well for their inhabitants and became good places to live. But the most fun to explore are probably V12, V15, V87 and V95.

My favourite has to be Vault 11. The whole idea of killing a person to ensure the vault's continuation just creeped me the hell out after I first went through the place. Reading some of the information on the terminals just reinforced how truly sick and twisted it was and entering the sacrificial chamber and watching the presentation really hit it all home.

Vault 101 because of Fallout 3

Probably Vault 13. Not necessarily because of the vault it self but the history attached to it. From the story of the Vault Dweller to the Intelligent Deathclaws.

Special mention to Vaut 11 for messing with the morality of people.

I'd have to go with Vault 11. Going through it for the first time and finding that holotape by the entrance and than going through trying to piece together what happened and what fucked up experiment Vault-Tec performed here was great and somewhat eerie.

Mines gonna have to be vault 69 and 96, just imagine what life is like there, fallout sure does have some humor behind it.

Vault 13 because of its amazing history and impact on the whole wasteland: 1st due to the water chip malfunction  the vault dweller leaves his home which will trigger a lot of amazing events like: defeating Masters Army, raise of the biggest power in post-war America (NCR) and destroying whats left of pre-war American government (Enclave).
Secondly: after abandoned by its original inhabitants, vault 13 will become home for intelligent Deathclaws. And even though  they will not enjoy it for very long,  it is still pretty neat.
So here it is: Vault 13

Vault 101, it’s one of the only vaults I actually gave a shit about tbh.

Vault 108, it is just a very funny vault. But if I'm in the Fallout universe, my favorite would be Vault 69, it's a guy's dream to be the only guy in a confined area with 999 women.

Vault87 after Lamplight, it seems to be the origin of the super mutants so it's a pitty we do not have more quests to play in such place.

On the contrary, I think Vault 69(and Vault 68 with 999 men and 1 woman) are terrible vaults to be in.

Sure you are the sole source of procreation but you also have to deal with a woman's mood swings. All 999 of them.
