| Hello VGU I downloaded something off of the vgu and i forgot to uncheck some boxes and it installed optimizer pro and something else, and now after i downloaded it i've been seeing "goisavenow,Nextcoup,and some other ads, it won't let me click links without another window popping up...i ran Norton 360 through my computer that didn't help, i have google's adblock but that doesn't work...im fixing to factory reset my laptop again...im out of options. Although if this helps the icon of the thing that i downloaded was a fake icon of winrar's icon, the books looked a little plastic and it was a installer...i couldn't close it either i tried closing it through task manager but that didn't work. _________________

| To back up what Torki said you should definitely try the system restore option, hopefully you don't have to go too far back in time....If you know what I mean by that. _________________  We'll Bang okay? |

| this happened to me before just go to control panel and press uninstall a program and press installed on and if theres anything that was installed on that day it might be it _________________   |
