Subject: Halo overlay reshade on the nexus issues. Wed Jan 03, 2018 4:16 am
Today this mod Halo overlay reshade was released. I downloaded it numerous times & each time when I try to extract it either it be downloaded on my phone 1st or my pc. I always get the same message that the rar is an unknown format or damaged. I posted a comment about this issue. The only response I got from the mod author is that you can't download it with nexus mod manager. Which I didn't know I always do a manual download.
The file has numerous downloads but no one else has reported the issue I'm running into except for the nmm install route. Has anyone here downloaded this mod & extracted it without any issues?

@Xehonort : I've just tried to manually download the file in question and extract it with 7zip without any problem. Looks like you could have a bug with your software that manages archives & may try 7Zip ?

I'll try that thank you. It only seems to be this 1 file. 7zip, zip, & rar files I've never had any issues with before unless they didn't download properly. Usually redownloading fixes the issue

@Xehonort yeah, I noticed sometimes archives may have strange behaviors, I'm wondering if the download could have something to do with that...like if the file was ok before and broken after.

Could be with 7zip it unpacked just fine. Sadly after using it tho while playing with a controller. I have to go hit the scroll lock key every time when I go into 3rd person like with talking or using vats & so on. It looks really cool and fits the odst armor I'm using from here. But after a while it starts becoming more of an annoyance than fun having a hud overlay like with power armor & this old mod I used in Fo3 that added a hud overlay.
I know brandon potter on here had something similar. With his commonwealth spartman mod. If only I coulf figure out how he added that to his armors & apply it to the unsc armoury on here. It would add alot to wearing ODST again like in the fo3 days.
Once again tho I thank you for your help in figuring out how to extract the files from that reshade.
