I may have found a way but I need your input
Let's say I can add rotating banners from a limited list... how do we select the limited few that will rotate?
Let's say the weekly contest polls will not restart next week.
We will, however, have individual polls.
I'll have a poll for "DVAted's banners", OlgaK will have a poll for hers in her own topic, and those who have only created one banner will have a joint topic for "one-hit-wonders".
These will be the semifinals and they'll be multiple choice. Everyone will be able to vote for more than one (but no more than 3) of their favorite selections.
Top 3 of each poll will move on to the finals and from the final poll, those with the least amount of votes won't be included.
Anyone new who makes a banner enters the One-Hit-Wonder poll; if they have 2 banners, they choose which one they like most to be included in the OneHitWonder poll. If they have 3 banners they can start their own topic with their own poll, but only 1 will be chosen from the 3 for the finals. If they have 4 or more banners, the top 3 will be considered.
For this to work everyone will have to resist the urge to vote for every single option on the polls and just choose their favorite 3
Does this sound alright? It may create more loopholes than solutions

I think I follow. Took me a moment to process why users would vote on all contributing polls, but limit to 3 for the semifinals and finals and once that clicked it all made sense.

Hmm, need an advice from the users, I'm correcting the last banner, one of those I wrote wrong. I did put the text "Video Games Underground" under the VGU Network, that's okay I think and it looks fine bacause that add some contrast. The problem is I don't want to take the other text off entirely (the grey one), it looks good but I need something to write there. If someone has an idea, a catch phrase, or something you usually use in the banners here, please, by all means, tell me :-)

Thank you all for voting! The winner and all candidates were included in the rotation. My previous subsequent semi-final and final system isn't necessary anymore since we can have as many banners as we want in rotation.
Remember, you have to refresh the page entirely to change the banner. ( Ctrl+R, Ctrl+Shift+R or F5 or Shift+F5 ) Just browsing the forum won't change it
If you dislike a banner a lot, just refresh the page and it changes. If you want to submit new banners, post in this subforum http://vgunetwork.forumotion.net/f26-graphic-design Also, if you want to make a Top 5 or Top 10 of your favorite banners and congratulate their authors, you can create a new topic for it in the same subforum
