I've been thinking about getting back into FO4 purely just for the mods since I'm not a huge fan of it's story and some features. However I have been reluctant due to the lack of amazing mods from the last time I touched the game. Does anybody have any amazing FO4 mods that might peak my interest?

That honestly depends on what facet of mods you're talking about. Are you talking about weapons, armor, quests, gameplay, etc, in particular?

@"Pre-Workout" I'm basically talking about any mods that would enhance my experience in game. Basically all of what you said.

Nexus has pretty good mods to change the atmosphere of FO4.
Look up
"darker nights" -self explanatory. You can adjust the darkness to your liking.
"pip-boy flashlight" -very useful with darker nights and lets you pick different kinds of lights
"true grass" -gives some green to the landscape ground
"commonwealth conifers redux" -makes the landscape not seem so barren

The Fallout 4 Seasons mod is actually really beautiful, and also the push companions mod, cause sometimes you just gotta shove people out of your face

If you're looking for some high quality weapons, go on the nexus and lookup the author DeadPool2099. Him and a few others can make some wonderful weapons.

If your looking for a companion mod check out Heather Casdin. It was done by the same author that brought Willow into FONV and she's just as snarky... Since I found this mod she's been in every play through.

Heather is a caravan trader who grew up in the Commonwealth. She hates and distrusts synths, wishes she lived before the war when everything was nice, believes in aliens and has heard that pre-war donuts were delicious. I love the celestial bodies mod, darker nights, and seasons.

I also like squirrels of the commonwealth, and the garbage pick up mod (it lets you pick up trash from around the world). Sorry, Diamond City shouldn't have trash heaps everywhere...
