The Fallout RPG series is filled with talented voice actors/voiced characters, some stand out more than others and which did to you guys? My favorite character voice is Frank Horrigan from Fallout 2, I only wish he had more dialogue than he was given. Ulysses is a close second in my personal opinion. Those two leave their mark on me but I can appreciate the others that had an amazing performance, such as the Think Tank scientists including Dr. Mobius. In addition, I enjoyed Stephan Russell's voice acting from Fallout 4 voicing everyone and their grandmothers, but specifically his role as Codsworth and Nick Valentine.

My favourite character voice from Fallout would definitely have to be Ulysses. I'm so glad he was given a full expansion and was also given plenty of dialogue which made it even better. He also reminds of Riddick.

"Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice, FUCK YOU YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT!"
God damn Erik Dellums did a great job with Three Dog's voice and attitude. I could listen to the dude for hours. Sadly, I can't say as much for Mr New Vegas or Travis.

I have so many favorite voice actors in the Fallout universe. But I think my main guy would be Ulysses as well. Idk something with that very rusty voice sounds so badass, especially when he was in front of the ICBM.

Anyone else constantly watch this video just to hear Lanius's gorgeous voice?
Joshua Graham's voice is also beautiful. And though not sonorous and Shakespearean like the others I mentioned I really love Cass's voice. "Shhh...we're hunting shit-heads."
Favourite of the original Fallouts: LIEUTENANT of course
"What a splendid sense of humour. Pity I don't have one", "Glorious."
Other favourites are Harold, Marcus and Sergeant Dornan.

@Nukacide I installed the companion mod just to continue hearing his voice during my travels. Riddick does sound much like him, having two deep voiced companions throughout the wastes is great.
@Corvo, I gotta agree, he did a damn good job at not only voicing a character but pinning a personality to it. Definitely and honorable mention.
@njmanga097 His voice is honestly music to my ears. The ruthlessness of Lonesome Road infuriated me to no end, especially the satchel charges. But every time I found a personal holotape log or Ulysesses would talk to me through E-DE, the brief moments were an Oasis in the desert.
@Visible Earth 5 Seconds into the video and I already have goose bumps. I love Lanius, the whole game you hear tales of how fearsome the Butcher of the West really is and you finally meet him. Films/Novels/Games that have a finale dialogue with the main antagonist are always better than ones without. As for Joshua Graham his voice was a shock to me, before I played HH I read about how he's the most badass character in Fallout NV and I went in expecting a deep voiced battle-hardened man. Instead, I received a religious wordsmith which was a pleasant surprise. His dialogue is like no other in that as you said, his mannerism is very Shakespearean. I've never heard the Lieutenant before, thank you.

Man, this is hard! There's so many... I guess in comedic terms, I love Sgt. Dornan from Fallout 2. "I'll HAVE SOMEONE'S ASS FOR DINNER!" XD For a more serious role though, I'd actually say the Narrator (Ron Perlman). You don't realize how nice his performance is until it's gone. Fallout 4's opening was okay, but the whole time, I was wanting Ron to narrate. Kind of sad that he may never return... =(

Ulysses probably has the better voice in my honest opinion. Just love how deep it is

Like many others in this thread, I believe that Ulysses has the best voice and is my favorite as well. Roger Cross has such a great deep voice and did a spectacular job bringing the character to life. In all honesty, I could probably withstand an hour of straight conversation with Ulysses just to hear that badass voice.
Another character's voice who I think deserves appreciation that so far, no one has mentioned yet, is that of the one and only "Toaster" from Old World Blues. In my opinion, his voice just gives off the right amount of aggressiveness and frustration to where it doesn't sound too forced. Instead, It gives us one of the most hilarious characters in the game who I actually feel pity for.

Personally, Joshua Graham is my favorite. The voice fits his character so well and evokes his mysterious nature.

I really enjoy Kris Kristofferson's(Chief Hanlon) voice acting. Would have loved to have him as a companion.

For me, it's definitely either Melissa Lewis of the Great Khans or Ulysses. Their voices are the most unique and memorable in a sea of blandness.

Virtually everyone in Old World Blues had wonderful voice acting and wonderful Dialogue to go with it. But i think Either Elijah from Dead Money or Gizmo from Fallout 1 are my favourite.

As much as I love fallout NV and it's DLCS no character will be as charming as SGT Dornan from fallout 2

I must say i liked Joshua Grahams Voice myself, it sounded like his past effected him, kinda mix of grizzled and tired of everything, personally anyway.

Beau Weaver is just fantastic, literally! His voice for both the Book Chute and Dr Borous in the Old World Blues DLC just have that /fantastic/ quality to them. Does a lot of american voice-overs for Promos and Films as I understand it.
If I had to pick a second, however, I'd put forward Danny Trejo as Raul Tejada. There's a reason I'd always kept the old ghoul around, regardless of how much he complains about it. =P Side-note: Dave Foley as Yes Man!

The Narrator, to be sure. War... war never changes. Praise Hellboy!
No, but seriously, that's hard. I really love the VA for Caesar now. When I first started playing, I found it so out of place, of course I was younger and didn't understand that this was the point. Caesar is a brusque, vulgar loudmouth with little to no restraint. It jars so perfectly with his profile as the God-King, son of Mars that he portrays himself as. It makes it apparent that everything about his legion is built on lies, myth and superstition.
Lanius, Graham and Ulysses (all Legion guys, wierdly enough... gotta love those creepy, deep voices) also have fantastic voices. Maxson in Fallout 4 has a great VA, his exchange with Danse during Blind Betrayal is probably some of the best voice acting in the entire game series. Fallout 1 and 2's voices have a few gems, but a lot of the audio hasn't aged that well I think it's fair to say, though Sgt Dornan is still awesome. I really liked James' voice in Fallout 3... who doesn't enjoy Liam Neeson?
I think of all the games, Fallout New Vegas definitely has the strongest Voice Acting overall though, especially counting DLCs.

Dang it seems like everyone already beat me to it lol. My favorite voice actors are either from Fallout 3 or NV.
Three Dog is obviously a crowd pleaser and for good reason. His ability of being a disc jockey is incredible. Besides him, I'd say the infamous Colonel Augustus Autumn. When I think of a cool military villain, it'd have to be the Colonel of the East Coast Enclave.
NV had really strong voice actors, especially it's DLCs. All the scientist from the Big MT were so cool and funny. They had that weird 50's sci fi scientist mannerisms going on which I find to be really charming. Both Joshua Graham and Ulysses had voices to die for.
My only complaint with the voice actors from NV was that damned powder ganger, Oliver Swanick, who won the lottery in Nipton. His voice always pissed me off to the point of me straight up shooting him.

I see that Legate Lanius was mentioned already. That would be my pick too, but there is someone else from The Legion who had a great voice actor and is one of my favourite. That would be Vulpes Inculta.
Both Legate and Vulpes are so pleasant to listen to when they speak. At the same time they are ruthless and calm. Jason Spisak and Mitch Lewis did great job and their voice fits the characters perfectly.
It's a shame that they didn't get so much screen time even if they are main villains.
