I've not reached this level...yet, but I intend to. In the meanwhile, I'm modding my game. Guess I'll have to add enough additional content so that there are more things to do, keeping the game interest at such level

I have NEVER made it to level 50 before. That must be insane! All those skills, all those perks @_@;

I take strolls across the wasteland and go hunting (:
I also collect unique weapons.

I go a crusade starting from goodsprings to Jacobtown cleansing the lands

Personally I use mods that increase the level cap above 50. I find this a lot better as it gives me access to more perks, especially because I use more perk mods. Side quest wise, I think that if you finish all the side quests, install mods for more quests such as cut content. Or replay the side quests on a new save etc. There's genuinely no stopping when it comes to side quest mods.
