In my case I had all kinds of weird and stupid bugs, with huge load orders like your the only way to fix them was disabling mods and activating them in packs, until ill find the broken one Doesnt take that long usualy;p

After a day of testing, it was Limitless Stats conflicting with Vicious Wastes. I'm working on a patch in GECK.
