my two favorites are them's good eatins and the sandman perk.

Them's good eatins is just so useful and pretty much makes stimpacks outdated. The drop rate for the red paste and blood sausages are ridiculously high though

And i love to take out entire encampments using the Sandman perk. I usually dont even take equipment from those i killed (except for maybe 5.56 ammo), but i love emptying entire settlements of whichever faction im fighting against (and sometimes even ones im fighting for) in that playthrough

I'm a big fan of the bloody mess perk. It's always a surprise when you stab someone with a knife and they explode into bits. Kind of funny, really.

I would have to say canable not that it adds the best of anything but it allows the player to eat dead things if only you could see your self carve your targets up and eating a arm now and packing a hand for later maybe fingers and toes for snacks

Admantium Skeleton or Light Step for me. I get lazy a lot in the game and jump off of things that normally break my legs or I get impatient and run through areas that are booby trapped.

I love using concentrated fire or tag but if we're counting perks from mods it has to be knife in the back which lets me instantly kill someone from behind with a melee weapon in stealth mode.

Shotgun surgeon... i mean who doesnt love to pop down some ghouls with a shotgun?

Long Haul and Pack rat, made life so much easier

I'm partial to the Rapid Reload perk. It matches my cowboy character, being able to load the bullets into his chamber with such speed and finesse. I think it also makes your character stronger, without being overpowered. Just an overall good choice for a perk; even if it does makes some of the animations a little awkward.

Mine would have to be Bloody Mess or Cannibal... they go perfect together

I dont even know if this is a vanilla perk or not but I really like the "Sunny and Smiling" perk,it gives you +30 speech by day since I do not care about the speech skill this a nice adition

My favorite perk would probably be combination of And Stay Back and Shotgun Surgeon, sending Super Mutants flying is so much fun, and because i like playing with shotguns it's really must.

And one that you must have but it's not so useful is Wild Wasteland, game is just not the same without it.

As it goes for companion, i would go with Cass Whiskey Rose, drinkin' till you drop

Lightstep, with out a doubt. being able to move across dangerous terain without being blown to smithereens because you mist that one plasma mine hidden under a bucket always made my day.

Wild wasteland aswell cause it made the entire game a little bit wackier and interesting.

I like the mr sandman perk and the ninja perk

Jury rigging is my favorite perk, helps instead of having to look for the same weapon or armor to be able to repair. it can also help in small side quests

Jury rigging as well, cant play Fnv without it, its just too helpful not to have it. I hate finding a cool weapon but the condition is like 34% and then you gotta go find a repairman who then might not even have a skill of a 100.plus it helps keep the inventory clean getting rid of the stuff you found but you know you wont use it, so it also keeps the inventory a little more tidy.
