have you tried redownloading Fomm ? i sometimes get similar errors with Winrar when a file downloads wrong.
i also moved your topic from fallout/troubleshooting to Workshops/Tech, Tools, Tutorials & Troubleshooting as its not a fallout problem your having just a software issue

i moved your topic back to fallout/troubleshooting and please provide a screenshot of your TTW error so users may help you better as a few things can cause this issue .
