Sorry that I'm posting this here but I couldn't find a bug thread on the site. Anyway, at the end of the Lonesome Road DLC there is the infamous cut scene freeze glitch which I recently encountered. I googled the problem and tried every solution to no prevail. I do not have Nevada Skies enabled which seems to be the fixer for most people.

It's most likely a mod-related issue. Try running LOOT to sort your load order if you haven't already.
